Appointments & Store Policies


If you will be visiting one of our locations please read the following policies:

Please keep in mind that others are paying for relaxation.

You must be off your phone before entering the store.

 All phones must be placed on silent.


Booking your appointment:

You must call the location you will be visiting to book your appointment. 

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. 


All prepaid services are non-refundable.  

There is a $50 cancellation fee in place per service if you do not cancel within the allotted 24 hours.


You may also stop by the store to book your appointment in person if you choose to pay with cash.

If you would like to leave gratuity, we encourage cash tips for your technician. If you would like to run a credit card for gratuity, it is a $10 minimum plus a $3 processing fee.

Gift Certificate Fees & Policies

Please keep in mind that there is a $30 service fee added to all gift certificates not used within the first year of purchase. There are absolutely no refunds on gift certificates.


You must give a 24-hour notice when canceling or you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. 

IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT OUR SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED THE FEE.


If you have a prepaid service or have a gift certificate and did not cancel within 24 hours, a $50 fee will be taken out of the certificate. The remaining balance will be placed in your Bellezza account to be used at later date. This balance can go towards any service.


If you are an eyelash fill-in client and did not cancel within 24 hours,  a $50 cancellation fee will be added to your next service and is to be paid in full when you arrive for said service. 


If you were a no-call/no-show, you will have to pay the cancellation fee and the full-service amount moving forward.
